We handle project management, which includes oversight, supervision, and coordination during project execution, in both the public and private sectors. The project manager (DL) verifies project compliance, inspects materials, manages project accounting, and coordinates the various roles involved, including safety.

We handle construction site planning, a crucial process for the effective organization and management of a construction project. This includes defining the activities, resources, timeframes, and costs required to complete the work. This includes safety, logistics, and management control aspects, ensuring the project's success and adherence to budget and schedule.

We handle safety on temporary and mobile construction sites in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 as Safety Coordinator both during the design and execution phases.

The safety coordinator on temporary or mobile construction sites is the person appointed by the client or project manager to ensure coordination between the various companies responsible for carrying out the work, in order to reduce workplace risks.

As provided for by the consolidated law on safety (Legislative Decree 81/2008), the safety coordinator has the following roles:

during the planning phase, he is responsible for drafting the Safety and Coordination Plans, with the aim of identifying both the risks and the preventive and protective measures to be implemented in the various phases of work;
During the execution phase, it is responsible for verifying the implementation of the safety and coordination plan by the companies for the entire duration of the works with appropriate coordination and control actions, and verifies the correct application of the work procedures.
